Evenly redistribute the scoring bonus. Right now a 40-point game is worth +4, and a 50-point game gets an extra +1 on top of that (+5 total). The proposal splits that +5 evenly across both thresholds, +2.5 apiece.

The doc says "biweekly," which cuts both ways: twice a week or every other week. The stated reason (emergency injury and rest-day pickups) only works as twice a week, so that's how it's written here. Worth confirming with whoever proposed it.
